Akim, Tim, and I went to B&O Brasserie ahead of the anniversary party to try out some cocktails and find a signature item for our menu.
Anna the bartender was extremely helpful and concocted this recipe which we promptly christened Anna’s Cold Deck Punch:
- 1½ oz. bourbon
- ¼ oz. Cognac
- ¼ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. apricot cordial (Rothman & Winter)
- 1 oz. black tea
The drink we actually had at the even was modified, but still tasty, and disappeared.
We should make this again in the future.
